Eastern Shore Seafood Launches State-of-the-Art Clamming Vessel.

One of the world’s largest clam processors launched the newest
ship in it’s fleet, the E.S.S. Pride, recently in Tarpon Springs, Fla.
165 ft. long x 40 ft. wide, this vessel
is truly state-of-the-art. For over 30 years Eastern Shore Seafood has operated a fleet of sophisticated clamming vessels in the Atlantic from New Jersey to Florida, with a fully automated processing plant in Mappsville, Va. From a single-boat operation that began in 1965, Eastern Shore Seafood has grown to become the world’s leading supplier of fresh, frozen and canned clams.
