Eastern Shore's New England Clam Chowder is
processed with hand-picked surf or "sea" clams
that are harvested in the North Atlantic by our own
fleet, then rushed to our state-of-the-art
processing facility. Processing is done under one
roof to minimize handling time, which is essential
to retain quality and freshness. Our unique wash
systems combined with meticulous inspection
and the watchful eye of our quality assurance
staff allows us to consistently produce a
superior product.
Heating Directions:
Empty contents of can into
saucepan. Gradually stir in one
(1) can of fresh whole milk. Cover;
stir occasionally while heating and
serve hot. Add a pat of butter or
margarine, if desired. Do Not Boil.
